Custom AN & JIC Fittings – CNC-Machined Connectors for Hydraulic and Racing Systems

We specialize in custom AN fittings and JIC fittings, manufactured to your exact specifications. All products are non-standard items, made-to-order through precision CNC machining based on drawings, samples, or performance requirements.

Our AN fittings feature a 37-degree flare and are widely used in racing, fuel, and oil cooler systems. We offer full customization for thread size, tube dimensions, and surface treatment—including aluminum AN fittings with anodized finishes for lightweight performance.

JIC fittings also utilize the 37-degree sealing standard and are ideal for high-pressure hydraulic systems. We manufacture a wide range of custom JIC fittings including elbows, reducers, and hydraulic JIC adapters compatible with NPT, ORB, and other common thread types.

All parts are produced as CNC machined fittings from brass, stainless steel, aluminum, or carbon steel—with optional plating or polishing treatments for durability and corrosion resistance.
